Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a dynamic team in Fresno. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage accounts and collections efficiently. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring timely payments and accurate account records.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection calls and follow up with customers regarding past-due invoices and outstanding balances.
• Manage credit and collections processes to minimize outstanding debts.
• Process customer payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate account records.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting, including advanced formulas such as vlookups and pivots.
• Use Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
• Work with ERP systems to manage accounts receivable tasks efficiently.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines independently.
• Ensure all account information is accurate and up to date.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience with credit management and collections.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift
